All of our product comes with five year warranty from manufactures. However, to be qualified for this warranty, the client must have a separate bi-annual preventive maintenance contract with SMT to:
• Inspect all aspects to make sure there are no cracks
• Tighten tension on mounts
• Adjust all counterbalance parts as needed
• Make sure all parts are tightened and secure
• Wire management
• Free replacement if mount cannot be fixed
