Our installers focus on Safety, Durability, Functionality and a Clean Installation. We accomplish this by using the highest quality installation materials and top installation technicians. And because your installation will be taking place in patient care areas, our staff will work with healthcare staff and during non-business hours to minimize any business interruptions.

Our installers have been trained in infection control procedures and we create an infection control plan for each installation area. We use small vacuum units with HEPA filters to eliminate airborne particles as well as tents in patients care areas to prevent any dust.

Prior to installation, we provide the following:

• Create and initiate Site plan
• Create Infection control plan.
• Review execution of plans with appropriate staff.
• Stage equipment and installation materials.
• Utilize clean installation methods during installation.
• Install computer equipment onto equipment.
• Complete cable management.
• Adjust equipment and test functionality.
• Power on, and test all attached equipment.
• Clean area and all remaining installation debris.
• Break down and dispose of all packaging material on site.
• Provide barcoded asset numbers
• Document installation with location, room numbers, users name, and photos (if possible).
• Train staff members how to use, adjust, clean and if requested, maintenance the arm and cable assemblies.
